Teach 'n Go Pro

Connect Claude to Teach 'n Go and ask about your school

Yes, you can connect Claude to your school's data. On Teach 'n Go Pro, an admin connects Claude in a few minutes and can then ask about students, attendance, the schedule, and money from inside any Claude chat. The connection is read-only: Claude can look things up, but it can't change anything in your school.

The connector is in beta and works with Claude. ChatGPT isn't supported at the moment.

What you can ask

Ask in your own words. Claude decides which of your school's figures to look up, and can combine several in one answer.

Running the school

  • How many active students do we have?
  • How many enquiries did we get this month, and where did they come from?

Money

  • Who owes us money?

The week ahead

  • What lessons are on next Monday?
  • Which teachers are free on Friday at 3pm?

Keeping an eye on students

  • Which students have missed their last three lessons?
  • Which lessons last week are still missing attendance?
  • Which classes still have free places?

Because the answers arrive inside Claude, you can carry on from there: turn the figures into a report for your board, draft a note to a teacher, or check them against a spreadsheet you've shared in the same chat.

Is our data safe? Read this first

Read-only. Claude can't add, edit, or delete anything in Teach 'n Go. A misunderstood question can't turn into a wrong invoice.
Off until an admin turns it on. AI connectors are off by default. An admin switches them on once for the whole school.
Admins only. Only school admins can connect.
Your permissions, nothing more. Claude sees only the school you choose, and only what your own account can see in Teach 'n Go.
One school per connection. Claude can't switch to another school, even if you're an admin there too.
You can see every connection. The AI connectors tab lists each connection at your school, who made it, and when it was last used.
Easy to switch off. Disconnect your own connection from your account, disconnect anyone's from the AI connectors tab, or turn connectors off to disconnect everyone at once. A connection also ends when the person who made it changes their password or stops being an admin.
Notes are treated as data. Names and notes are shown as your school typed them. If a student note reads like an instruction, Claude never acts on it.
Your Claude account's terms apply. The answers Claude reads become part of your Claude conversation, under the data settings of your Claude account. Check those settings before you connect real school data.

Some platforms let an AI assistant change records. We chose read-only on purpose.

Questions

Can I connect ChatGPT to Teach 'n Go?

Not at the moment. The connector works with Claude.

Can Claude change or delete anything in my school?

No. The connector is read-only. Claude can look things up, but it can't add, edit, or delete anything.

What is MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard way AI assistants such as Claude connect to other software. Teach 'n Go's connector uses it, which is why connecting is a matter of adding one URL in Claude's settings.

Do I need to install anything?

No. You add Teach 'n Go as a custom connector in Claude's settings and sign in. There's nothing to download.

Can teachers or parents connect?

No. Only school admins can connect, and only after an admin has turned AI connectors on for the school.

How is this different from Ask AI?

Ask AI answers questions about your school from inside Teach 'n Go. The Claude connector gives Claude the same answers, so you can use them alongside everything else you do in Claude. Every school gets 15 Ask AI questions a month, and Pro makes Ask AI unlimited.

Is it finished?

It's in beta. It works today for Pro schools, and we're still improving it.

What does it cost?

It's included in Teach 'n Go Pro at no extra charge. Pro starts at €99 ($109) a month for up to 100 active students, and you can try it free for 14 days.

Try it on your own school
