The third-party providers that may process school data on our behalf.
Schools that use Teach 'n Go stay in control of their data. The school is the data controller, and Teach N Go Ireland is the data processor. To run the Service, we use a small number of third-party providers that may process school data on our behalf. These are our sub-processors.
This page lists every one of them, what it does for us, and where the data is processed. It forms part of our Data Processing Agreement and our Terms and Conditions.
Every sub-processor is bound by a written contract with data protection obligations at least as protective as those in our Data Processing Agreement. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
We update this page.
We email the account administrators of every school at least 10 business days before the new sub-processor starts processing school data.
If you object on reasonable data protection grounds, write to info[at]teachngo[dot]com within that period. We'll work with you to resolve it. If we can't, you can end the affected service without penalty.

Services a school connects itself, such as its own Stripe or PayPal account for taking fees, Zapier, or a LearnCube virtual classroom. The school chooses these and has its own agreement with them.
Services we use to run our own business with the school, such as billing the school for its subscription or managing our relationship with it. These process information about the school as our customer, not the school's own data, and are covered by our Privacy Policy.
