Sava Online School was started by a group of teachers, pedagogues, and other experts to teach children the Serbian language, culture, and tradition.
Each class is adapted to students’ knowledge level, age, and interests—supported by prominent lecturers from Serbia.
Educational material is delivered through interactive presentations, and teachers use VR and AR tools to keep students engaged.
In just 18 months, the school grew to approximately 500 students—mainly between the ages of four and 13.
Sava also offers programs for adults learning Serbian, as well as various summer camps.
Sava Online School relied on Google Sheets to manage classes, students, and attendance.
The spreadsheets were labor-intensive for teachers and prone to human error.
Over time, data became disorganized—making it harder for the sales team to track prospects and attendance reliably.
The school also used a marketing database, but it didn’t support lesson tracking or structured student management.
Neither system made it easy to generate detailed reports for management.

Sava creates bi-weekly attendance reports for management staff using Teach ’n Go.
