It couldn't be simpler. Teach 'n Go's software is able to import all your existing student information, so there's no need for you to retype anything. The initial setup takes around 10 minutes during which we'll guide you through securely sending your student information from POD to your new Teach 'n Go account.
Our data import team will then take 48 hours to transfer any additional student/intake/staff information (from Excel/Word/Access or another database) in to your Teach 'n Go.
Teach 'n Go is continually and automatically updated so there's no need to install, upgrade or maintain servers or software. Our future proof secure cloud based system is also accessible from any internet connection, on any device (such as laptops, PCs, smart phones, tablets etc.). With Teach 'n Go, if your computer fails, your data is never lost as you simply sign in from another device and your data is there as normal.
Teach 'n Go is also designed to be really intuitive to use. If you are able to use any basic computer program, you will have no difficulty mastering Teach 'n Go. Our dedicated training and support team will resolve any questions you may have throughout the year.

No. You get the full featured, unlimited version of Teach 'n Go completely free for 7 days. Once you're ready to upgrade, you may choose a plan which suits your needs.
You can choose to pay once a month or once a year. For yearly subscriptions you get 2 months off, so you pay for 10 months instead of 12. Your credit card is charged automatically at the end of your subscription.
Absolutely. Choose the smallest plan you need and you upgrade it as your business grows. We will adjust any payments accordingly.
We accept payments from MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and American Express. Remember, you do not need to supply card details to start your free trial.
We only count non-archived students towards your total. If a student is not enrolled in an active class then you can archive him to free up the spot.
